Payment is quick and easy.

We give you a choice of six different payment options. Traditional ones, like paying by invoice, are accompanied by a range of other modern ways to pay.
All modern payment methods we use are secure. For example, credit card details are encrypted and transmitted over an SSL connection. The »https« in the address bar of your browser on the checkout pages shows that your transfer is secure.

We work with CrefoPay for payment transactions. CrefoPay is a service provided by Creditreform in cooperation with PayCo Financial Services Ltd.

Invoice
You can pay conveniently by invoice in our store. All the details you need are sent to you when you have completed your order. Please transfer payment only to the PayCo account at Deutsche Handelsbank, IBAN DE97700111100000998001, BIC DEKT DE 71 002. Please also make sure that you always enter the correct payment reference .
(it appears on the invoice and in the confirmation email).

If you choose to pay by invoice, your data will be sent to Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstrasse 11, 41460 Neuss, for a credit check.

Direct debit
If you choose the convenience of paying by direct debit, you will be asked for your bank details at the end of your order. By confirming your order, you instruct PayCo to debit your account by the amount of your purchase. If you choose to pay by direct debit, your data will be sent to Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstrasse 11, 41460 Neuss, for a credit check.

Credit card
You can select VISA, MasterCard or EuroCard credit cards for payment using this option. Credit card data is encrypted and transmitted securely over an SSL connection. We additionally use the 3D Secure credit card security procedure. This means that you can shop very safely with your credit card in our store.

Advance payment
If you wish to pay in advance, the transfer details are given to you at the end of your order. Depending on your bank, it may take between one and three working days for your payment to reach us. We start processing your order as soon as we receive payment. If no payment has arrived after 7 working days, we regret that we have to cancel your order.

SOFORT Überweisung
With this payment method, you use your online banking details or your PIN and TAN to transfer payment online after completing your order. This method of payment meets the high online banking security standards and uses data protection verified by the German Technical Inspection Association, TÜV.

PayPal
You can pay quickly and easily by PayPal in our online store. You need your PayPal user name and password to make your payment by this method. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can register with PayPal.

Returns
If you return any goods to us, the relevant amount is always credited to you by the method you used to make your payment.
